MCT-Öl is 100% medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) from coconut and palm kernel oil.
The recommended intake is 15 ml a day, added to a shake, coffee or a dish. It is advisable to increase the amount gradually to let the digestive system adjust, and not to heat the oil above 130°C in order to preserve its structure.
