Shipping Fees

  • France (Metropolitan): Free shipping via Chronopost pickup point for all orders above €89.
  • Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal: Free shipping via Chronopost or Colissimo pickup point for all orders above €100.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Please note: The delivery time displayed at checkout refers only to the carrier’s transit time. It does not include the order preparation time, which may take up to 48 business hours.

SP “Army” Addresses

Please select “Secteur Postal” as the country (not “France Métropolitaine”). Maximum parcel weight: 19 kg. Enter your SP number as the street address, postal code 0100 (army) or 0200 (navy), and city HUB ARMEE.

Shipping & Transport

Unless otherwise specified, delivery will be made to the address provided during checkout.

Responsibility for the goods transfers to the carrier once the order leaves our warehouse. Ownership of the goods remains with us until full payment is received.

Once your parcel is handed over to the carrier, they are responsible for shipping and delivery to your home or pickup point. The delivery timeframe begins once the carrier collects your parcel, not when the order is placed.

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number by email and/or SMS. You can track your order through your customer account or directly on the carrier’s website.

Important: If you do not receive an order confirmation or shipping confirmation email, it may be due to an incorrect email address, a full mailbox, or spam filtering. Please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at +33 6 32 68 45 90.

It is not possible to select a specific delivery time, as this depends on the carrier’s delivery routes.

If You Are Absent at Delivery

If you are absent at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice asking you to contact them to reschedule.

You have 5 business days to contact the carrier. After this period, the order will be returned to us. If you request reshipment, additional costs will apply.

You may request a refund of your order; however, shipping fees will not be refunded.

Incorrect Address

An incorrect or incomplete delivery address may cause your order to be blocked.

It is your responsibility to contact the carrier to arrange a new delivery. If no action is taken, the parcel will be returned to us. For reshipment, additional costs will apply. You may request a refund, but shipping fees will not be refunded.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Once confirmed, shipping and billing details cannot be modified.

Returns

You may return any product within 14 days of delivery if it does not suit you.

Returned items must be sealed/unopened, in good condition, and in their original packaging.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
