PEAK Digestive Fiber is a high-fibre blend (about 12 g per 13 g serving), combining resistant dextrin (Fibersol-2®), psyllium husk, apple-lemon pectin, oligofructose and chicory inulin.
Chicory inulin contributes to normal bowel function by increasing stool frequency.
A serving (2 scoops, 13 g) is mixed into 300 ml of water, taken daily. It is recommended to increase fibre intake gradually and drink enough water throughout the day.
⚠️ Taking this too close to medication can reduce its absorption: leave at least 1-2 hours between this product and any medication.
