Omega-3 is made of 73% fish oil (anchovy), a natural source of EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), in capsules.
EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function, at an intake of at least 250 mg combined per day (reached from 1 capsule)*. DHA also contributes to normal brain function and to the maintenance of normal vision, at an intake of at least 250 mg of DHA per day (reached from 3 capsules)*.
The recommended intake is 1 to 3 capsules a day with liquid, according to individual needs.
