Glucosamine is a glycosaminoglycan (GAG), which is the main component of chondroitin. Glucosamine sulfate is composed of 64% glucosamine and 36% sulfate. Glucosamine plays an essential role in maintaining the integrity of cartilage in all joints, and helps regenerate connective tissue (ligaments, tendons, etc.).
The collagen contained in glucosamine is a structural protein which is the most common human protein, accounting for around 30%. Collagen is also an important organic component of connective tissue (extracellular matrix).
The high-dose vitamin C (180 mg/serving) contained in glucosamine contributes to normal collagen formation and thus to the normal functioning of cartilage, teeth/genticles, skin, blood vessels and bones, and is able to support a normal immune system and - as well as the high-dose vitamin E - to protect cells from oxidative stress.
Glucosamine is an effective supplement based on glucosamine sulfate. Glucosamine is a component of synovial fluid, connective tissue and cartilage.
The supplement is complemented and optimized with collagen protein, another component of connective tissue, and vitamin E. The vitamin C it contains has been shown to contribute to normal collagen formation for normal cartilage function.
Glucosamine has a high vitamin C content (180 mg/serving) and contributes to the normal formation of collagen and consequent development and proper functioning of bones, teeth/genticles, skin and blood vessels. It also helps maintain immune function, as does the high dose of vitamin E, which helps protect cells from oxidative stress.

Directions for use
3 capsules a day, to be swallowed with a drink and spread throughout the day. For example, 1 capsule with each main meal.
To optimize the effects of glucosamine, you can take it with EPA/DHA and/or MSM.
