PEAK Gelenk Support combines these nutrients with 10 g of patented collagen peptides (FORTIGEL® and TENDOFORTE®) per serving, along with MSM, glucosamine sulfate and undenatured type II collagen (UC-II®), ingredients well known in sports nutrition.
A serving of 18 g of powder is mixed into 500 ml of water, best taken before training or in the morning on rest days.
