L-glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the body, and is mainly concentrated in muscle tissue. Research has shown that glutamine requirements increase significantly when the immune system is compromised or suppressed. Because of this abundant requirement, glutamine supplementation can improve muscle growth and recovery.

It acts as a transport vehicle for all other amino acids, which it carries to the cells where they are used for muscle building. Glutamine is relatively poorly absorbable, but new scientific studies show that even 5 g of this new Glutamine+d-pinitol formula is enough to increase blood glutamine levels (far more than the glutamine peptide often used in the past) and stimulate a strong anabolic surge.

Directions for use

Take 5 to 10g of glutamine (1 tablespoon) before and/or immediately after training.

Keeping glutamine powder under the tongue for as long as possible increases blood bioavailability by almost 50%.

May be taken in combination with whey protein.

Dietary supplement (mainly for athletes) in powder form with L-glutamine and vitamins.
