Glucofast is a maltodextrin-based carbohydrate powder, enriched with 10 vitamins, to prepare as a drink.
Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, biotin and pantothenic acid contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue*.
The maltodextrin used has a high glycaemic index (115). One 50 g serving dissolves in 250 ml of water or fruit juice, to be consumed before, during or after exercise; the amount can be adjusted to individual needs.
