The plant sterol Ecdysterone could be the reason why Popeye never left home without a can of spinach. Sterols are steroid hormones naturally present in plants and animals. Spinach contains particularly high levels of ecdysterone, which is why Peak Nutrition supplies ecdysterone. Ecdysterone provides 25 mg of ecdysterone per capsule, plus 250 mg of Leucine, the most important amino acid for muscle growth.
The latest study draws attention
Ecdysterone is currently attracting a great deal of attention among athletes. This is due to a new study carried out on experienced strength-training athletes. In parallel with the inclusion of Peak's ecdysone (our predecessor product), performance markers and a significant increase in muscle mass were observed. The changes were brought about by the combination of training and ecdysterone more than by training alone. Très bon produit, résultats visibles progressivement
J’ai commencé à prendre l’Ecdysterone il y a un peu plus d’un mois, en complément d’un programme de musculation structuré et d’une alimentation adaptée. Je recherchais un produit naturel pour booster un peu ma progression sans passer par des compléments trop agressifs.
Les effets ne sont pas immédiats, mais après deux semaines environ, j’ai commencé à ressentir une meilleure récupération et une légère augmentation de ma force sur les exercices de base. La prise de masse est propre, pas de rétention d’eau ni effets secondaires.
Petit plus : la formule avec L-leucine semble bien fonctionner, surtout en phase de prise de muscle sec.
Je recommande surtout à ceux qui ont déjà une certaine rigueur à l’entraînement. Ce n’est pas un produit miracle, mais un bon coup de pouce naturel !
