No Jokes doesn't use cheap, under-dosed substrates, as is often the case on the market: the ingredients are packed into the products in minimal doses so that they can be written on the back of the label - but this has no effect!
NO JOKES is made up of congestion-boosting ingredients such as Arginine HCL & Citrulline, Carnosine-boosting Beta alanine, the most powerful pre-workout substrates such as N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine, Ashwagandha KSM-66, Taurine, Alpha GPC, Choline Bitartre, caffeine, betaine, guarana and glucuronolactone. No Jokes therefore contains an extremely broad range of active ingredients, which has been supplemented by other high-quality, innovative substrates.
With L-theanine, Panax Ginseng, Rhodiola Rosea and vitamin B6, which are active ingredients that potentiate the effects of the ingredients and at the same time prevent the famous "crash" following consumption of the booster.

Directions for use
Mix 20g (2 scoops) of powder with 400 to 500 ml of water. Drink 30-45 minutes before your workout.
Choose the dosage that suits you! Here's what we recommend:
from 50 to 79 kg - 1 portion of No Jokes
80 to 99 kg - 1 to 1.5 servings of No Jokes
from 100 kg and over - 1.5 to 2 portions of No Jokes
Any agglomeration/hardening of the powder is due to the composition of the highly dosed ingredients and is not a sign of inferior quality. It does not affect the effect and unfortunately cannot be avoided with such a high dosage.
