Ultra A-Z is a complete multivitamin complex (25 vitamins and minerals), in capsules for everyday use.
- Vitamins A, C, D, E, K2 and the B-group*, along with calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, copper, manganese, selenium, chromium, molybdenum and iodine*, each contribute to one or more normal body functions (immunity, fatigue, energy metabolism, bones, nervous system, protection from oxidative stress, oxygen transport, thyroid).
- Also contains boron, coenzyme Q10 and MGCPQQ® (PQQ), as components, with no health claim attached.
- Capsule format, 4 capsules a day (2 in the morning + 2 in the evening).

Ultra A-Z provides a complete profile of 25 vitamins and minerals (vitamins A, C, D, E, K2, full B-group; calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, copper, manganese, selenium, chromium, molybdenum, iodine), enriched with boron, coenzyme Q10 and MGCPQQ® (PQQ), in capsules.
Depending on the nutrient, these vitamins and minerals contribute to the reduction of fatigue, to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to the normal function of the immune and nervous systems, to the maintenance of normal bones, to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, to normal oxygen transport in the body and to normal thyroid function*. The recommended intake is 4 capsules a day with enough water, ideally 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening.
