PEAK Pro-Biome combines microbially-produced human milk oligosaccharides (HMOs) (2'-fucosyllactose, lacto-N-tetraose, lacto-N-neotetraose, 6'-sialyllactose) with live cultures of Bifidobacterium breve B-3 and Bifidobacterium longum BB536 (11.5 billion CFU per serving), along with L-Glutamine.
A 10 g powder serving (2 level scoops) is mixed into 300 ml of water, together with an accompanying capsule, taken daily.
