Fight Force combines creatine monohydrate (Creapure®) with beta-alanine, in powder form.
Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise*, the positive effect being obtained with a daily intake of 3 g. Beta-alanine is treated as a formula component, with no health claim attached.
The recommended intake is 8 g dissolved in 300 ml of water per day, before or after training (or split into 2 doses of 4 g).
*This effect is obtained as part of a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. See the recommended daily serving on the packaging; do not exceed the stated dose.
Consume one serving daily, consisting of 8 g (1 scoop) in 300 ml of water.
You can take the product either before or after training, or in the morning on non-training days.
Alternatively, the intake can be split into two servings of 4 g each.
