Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of cartilage*. Hydrolysed collagen, MSM, glucosamine and UC-II® are treated as formula components, with no health claim attached.
The recommended intake is 18 g dissolved in 300 ml of water per day, ideally directly before training or in the morning on rest days.
