CREATESTON PROFESSIONNEL contains Amino-Fusion Complex (34.5 g per serving) from whey isolate fraction (beta-lactoglobulin), EAAs and free-form BCAAs to ensure a highly stimulating environment for muscle protein synthesis. The amino-fusion complex can be assimilated and reach extracellular muscle tissue very quickly.

In addition to the traditional benefits of classic creatine-based supplements, Createston manages for the first time to combine an increase in muscle mass and strength of at least 30% with a simultaneous reduction in body fat thanks to the additional incorporation of peptides and amino acids.

The aim of these 3 features is to build fat-free muscle mass and (rapidly) increase strength (over 30%). In the past, to achieve these same effects, it was necessary to assemble an expensive stack of creatine, amino acids, protein, pro-hormones and fat burners.

Directions for use

100g powder (5 scoops) in 400ml water + 5 additional capsules directly after training or in the morning on an empty stomach on rest days. Capsules are stored in the opening compartment on top of the lid.

For best createston absorption, wait at least 30 minutes before eating a solid meal after taking the capsules.

Any formation of lumps in the powder is due to the hygrometry (moisture-binding property) of the raw materials and does not affect the quality, effect or taste of the product.

How to use

Consume one time daily 100 g (appr. 5 measuring spoons) powder dissolved in 400 – 500 ml of water and take 5 of the enclosed capsules. Take one serving of Createston Professional preferably right after training. On non training days take Createston Professional immediately after waking up.

Special Notes

A varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important for good health. Une synergie d'ingrédients parfait pour une récupération plus que déterminé en ajoutant le booster plutonium c'est un combo extraordinaire vraiment foncé sans hésiter y a tt se qui faut dedans protéines vitamine acide aminé boosteur d'hormone naturel créatines ingrédients pour le Bien être des articulations même de la carnitine qui booste énormément l'utilisation de graisse comme carburant enfin bref c'est incroyable après avoir testé plein de compléments c'est de loin le meilleur avec plutonium je me demande comment sa peut être légal tellement c'est incroyable ??? une force et un développement musculaire incroyable j'ai pris 1kg de muscles par semaine et j'abuse pas quand je dis ça c'est ma balance connecté qui le dit en tout j'ai pris 4 kilo de muscles et quasiment 2 kilo de gras createston c'est le meilleur ?
