Createston Professional is a complete post-workout shake combining protein, carbohydrates, creatine, a broad vitamin and mineral profile, and a matrix of over 40 complementary extracts and components.
- Creatine* increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise, in adults performing high-intensity exercise, at an intake of 3 g per day.
- Vitamins A, C, D, E, K and the B-group, along with zinc, iron, copper, manganese, selenium, chromium and iodine*, each contribute to one or more normal body functions (immunity, energy metabolism, fatigue reduction, bones, muscle function, thyroid).

Createston Professional combines a protein and carbohydrate base (whey isolate and hydrolysate, Cluster Dextrin®, hydrolysed collagen, amino acids) with creatine, a full vitamin and mineral profile, and a matrix of over 40 complementary extracts and substances, in powder and capsule form.
Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise*, in adults performing high-intensity exercise, at an intake of 3 g per day. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood and to the normal function of the immune system*. Vitamins A, C, D, E, K and the B-group contribute to the reduction of fatigue, to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the normal function of the immune system*. Iron, copper, manganese, selenium and chromium contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and to normal macronutrient metabolism*, and iodine contributes to normal thyroid function*.
The formula also includes numerous extracts and substances treated purely as components, with no health claim attached: HMB, L-citrulline, L-carnitine, Garcinia Cambogia, D-pinitol, glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM, N-acetyl-cysteine, alpha-lipoic acid, phosphatidylserine, as well as fenugreek, Tribulus terrestris, resveratrol (Polygonum cuspidatum), cinnamon extract, bitter melon, green tea, ginseng, ashwagandha, cordyceps and grape seed extract, traditionally used in herbal medicine.
The recommended intake is 100 g of powder dissolved in 400 to 500 ml of water, together with 5 capsules, ideally directly after training or in the morning on rest days.
⚠️ This product contains caffeine from green tea (do not combine with other green tea products on the same day) and piperine (may affect the absorption of certain medications). Not suitable for children, teenagers, or pregnant or breastfeeding women; intended for athletes with increased creatine needs. May cause weight gain.

Consume one time daily 100 g (appr. 5 measuring spoons) powder dissolved in 400 – 500 ml of water and take 5 of the enclosed capsules. Take one serving of Createston Professional preferably right after training. On non training days take Createston Professional immediately after waking up.
Any formation of lumps in the powder is due to the hygroscopy (moisture-binding property) of the raw materials and does not affect the quality, effect or taste of the product.
Special Notes
A varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important for good health. The product is not suitable for children, adolescents, pregnant or breastfeeding women under the age of 18 and should be reserved for athletes who have an increased creatine metabolism. Createston Professional may cause weight gain. Do not take any other products containing green tea on the same day.
Best before date
2 years – Once broached, use within 3 months. Please store it closed, dry and protected from light at normal room temperature conditions.
