Epic Strength combines creatine monohydrate (Creapure®) with beta-alanine and a Citrus sinensis extract (WATTS'UP®), in powder form.
Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise*, the positive effect being obtained with a daily intake of 3 g. Beta-alanine and WATTS'UP® are treated as formula components, with no health claim attached.
The recommended intake is 8 g dissolved in 300 ml of water per day, before or after training (or split into 2 doses of 4 g).
