Epic Rush combines caffeine and vitamin B6 with a matrix of amino acids (N-acetyl-tyrosine, L-carnitine, glycine) and plant extracts (green tea, Panax ginseng, EnXtra™ from Alpinia galanga), in powder form.
Caffeine contributes to an increase in alertness*, and vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of fatigue and to normal energy-yielding metabolism*. The amino acids and plant extracts are treated as formula components, with no health claim attached.
The recommended intake is 10 g dissolved in 500 ml of water, 30 to 45 minutes before training.
