EPIC INTRA - The best in-training formula in detail
EPIC INTRA fully covers all the substrates required for intensive training. It all starts with energy provider number 1: each serving of EPIC INTRA provides you with a carbohydrate matrix made up of cluster dextrin and maltodextrin for fast, long-lasting energy. Your muscles will be supplied by the optimized MAP matrix of 10g essential amino acids (EAA), essential for protein synthesis.
During intensive training, muscular contraction is also intensive and generates electrolyte expenditure. Electrolytes are minerals (sodium, potassium, chlorine and bicarbonate), which help regulate nerve and muscle function and maintain acid-base and water balance.
Sodium is primarily lost during training sessions through sweat, reducing performance. The sodium citrate contained in EPIC INTRA prevents this. L-carnitine (in its highly bioavailable form) in the form of L-carnitine-L-Tartrate ensures that the cell components, the mitochondria, are supplied with energy by fatty acids. Betaine contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism. Normal levels of homocysteine prevent damage to blood vessels and are an important factor in certain other metabolic processes.
The chromium contained in EPIC INTRA (in its highly bioavailable form), in the form of chromium picolinate, not only activates metabolism, but also helps maintain stable blood sugar levels for sustained performance.
EPIC INTRA can be combined with EPIC RAGE and EPIC PUMP.
Directions for use :
Mix 50 g of powder with 600 to 700 ml of water. Drink EPIC INTRA during your training session. Depending on your goal and body weight, this dosage can be increased by 1.5 - 2 servings.
