Epic Intra combines chromium, magnesium, potassium and 10 g of essential amino acids (EAAs), in a powder to consume during training.

Epic Intra combines chromium, magnesium and potassium with a matrix of 10 g of essential amino acids (EAAs), Cluster Dextrin®, L-carnitine and betaine, in powder form.
Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels*. Magnesium and potassium contribute to the reduction of fatigue and to normal muscle and nervous function*. The amino acids, L-carnitine and betaine are treated as formula components, with no health claim attached.
The recommended intake is 50 g dissolved in 600 to 700 ml of water, consumed during training; the serving can be increased to 1.5-2x depending on goals.
