Epic Pump is a pre-workout powder combining L-citrulline malate, L-arginine, taurine and beetroot extract, with no caffeine or other stimulants.

Epic Pump combines several amino acids commonly used in sports nutrition, such as L-citrulline malate, L-arginine and taurine, along with a beetroot extract.
Each 25 g serving is simply mixed with 500 ml of water, about 30 minutes before training.
The product contains no caffeine or other stimulants, making it suitable for late-day sessions.
Like any food supplement, it is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet, and the recommended daily serving stated on the packaging should not be exceeded.
