Liver Support combines choline and selenium with plant extracts traditionally used in Europe in connection with the liver.

Choline contributes to the maintenance of normal liver function*, and selenium contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress*. The formula also includes milk thistle and artichoke, traditionally used in herbal medicine in connection with the liver and digestion, along with NAC, spirulina and inositol as formula components.

The recommended intake is 6 capsules per day, with enough liquid.
