Vitamin C provides 750 mg of vitamin C per capsule, combined with a grape seed extract (OPC).

Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system*, to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and to the reduction of fatigue*, and to normal collagen formation for the normal function of bones, cartilage, skin and blood vessels*.

The recommended intake is 1 capsule a day with plenty of liquid.
