Magnesium Citrat combines magnesium (as citrate) with vitamin C and vitamin B6, in a sparkling powder to dissolve.
Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and to the normal functioning of the nervous system*. Magnesium, vitamin C and vitamin B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue*, and vitamin B6 also contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism*.
The recommended intake is 4 g (about one scoop) dissolved in 200 ml of water, once a day.

Mixmagnesium salts of citronic acid (40 %), acidic acid (citric acid, apple acid), inulin, sodium bicarbonate, aroma, ascorbic acid, sweetener (acesulfam-k, sucralose), dye (carmine extract), pyridoxin hydrochloride.
