OPC (oligomeric proanthocyanidins) is a polyphenol extracted from grape seeds (Vitis vinifera), studied for its antioxidant properties.

PEAK OPC Pure offers an extract standardized to 95% OPC. Several claims relating to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and support for cardiovascular health have been submitted to EFSA and are currently pending evaluation; they remain usable at the manufacturer's discretion under this transitional regulatory framework.

One capsule per day is best taken with a meal, with enough water.
