Waterflush combines vitamin C with extracts of juniper, dandelion, horsetail, horse chestnut, nettle and butcher's broom, traditionally used in herbal medicine, in capsules.
Vitamin C contributes to the reduction of fatigue, to the normal function of the immune system, to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and to normal collagen formation*. The plant extracts are treated as formula components, with no health claim attached, as no EU claim exists for "water elimination".
The recommended intake is 7 capsules a day with enough liquid.
⚠️ This product combines several plants traditionally associated with water elimination. Intensive use aiming for rapid water loss before a competition can lead to electrolyte imbalance and dehydration; this practice should not be undertaken without supervision from a healthcare professional.
