Epic Weight Gainer combines multi-source protein (whey, casein, egg) with carbohydrates (oat flour, Cluster Dextrin®, isomaltulose), chromium and cinnamon extract, in a high-calorie-density powder.
Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels*. Cinnamon extract is treated as a formula component, with no health claim attached.
The recommended intake is 1 to 3 servings of 150 g per day as needed, mixed with 400-600 ml of water. This product is not a meal replacement but a supplement to the diet.
