Speed Serum's ingredients act synergistically and potentiate each other to enhance their effectiveness.

BCAA TST: The amino acids - BCAA - L-Leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine can significantly reduce mental fatigue (difficulty concentrating, slow reflexes, loss of alertness, etc.). They have a particular influence on agility, and L-leucine in particular plays a role at the blood-brain barrier when BCAAs are in the bloodstream, blocking the supply of the fatigue transmitter tryptophan to the brain.

BCAAs can also help burn fat when dieting. One study showed that BCAAs helped burn particularly stubborn "brown fat" around the stomach, hips and lower back.
