Speed combines caffeine with L-tyrosine, taurine and plant extracts (Panax ginseng, bitter orange, grapefruit, ginger), in capsules.
Caffeine contributes to an increase in alertness*. L-tyrosine, taurine, ginseng, bitter orange extract, naringin and ginger are treated as formula components, with no health claim attached.
The recommended intake is 1 to 2 capsules about 15 to 30 minutes before training or as needed, with liquid.
