Cluster Dextrin is made of 100% highly branched cyclic dextrin, a complex carbohydrate source.
This ingredient is treated as a component, with no health claim attached: no EU claim is currently authorised regarding a specific effect on energy levels, blood glucose, insulin or the reduction of cravings for this type of carbohydrate.
The powder is characterised by good solubility in solution and low viscosity, making it easy to prepare. The recommended intake is 30 to 60 g of powder (about 2.5 to 5 scoops) in 300 ml of water, before, during or after physical exercise.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. May contain traces of milk, soy, gluten and egg.
