The Peak combines caffeine and choline with a formula of components used in sports nutrition: citrulline, arginine, tyrosine, glycine, along with the patented extracts PEAK ATP®, Cognizin® and Zynamite®.
Caffeine contributes to an increase in alertness*, and choline contributes to the maintenance of normal liver function*. The formula also includes Cordyceps and Hericium erinaceus (Lion's Mane), traditionally used in Chinese traditional medicine in connection with endurance and mental clarity. One 25 g serving is mixed with 500 ml of water, 30 to 45 minutes before training.
