Yummy Protein Pudding combines calcium caseinate and milk protein, two proteins known for their slow digestion, in a powder to prepare as a pudding.

The formula provides 70% protein per 100g, with under 1g of fat per serving.

One 30 g serving is prepared by shaking with 150 to 200 ml of water or skimmed milk in a shaker, until the desired consistency is reached; convenient in the evening or as a snack.
