Createston Vegan combines a 100% plant-based protein base (hydrolysed pea protein, free essential amino acids) with creatine (alpha-ketoglutarate), a full vitamin and mineral profile, and a complementary matrix of plant extracts, in powder and capsule form.
Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise*, at an intake of 3 g per day. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood and to the normal function of the immune system*. Vitamins A, C, D, E, K and the B-group contribute to the reduction of fatigue and to normal energy-yielding metabolism*. Iron, copper, manganese, selenium and chromium contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and to normal macronutrient metabolism*, and iodine contributes to normal thyroid function*.
The formula also includes fenugreek, Tribulus terrestris, resveratrol, cinnamon extract, bitter melon, garcinia cambogia, choline, inositol, bromelain and papain, treated purely as components, with no health claim attached.
The recommended intake is 100 g of powder dissolved in 500 to 600 ml of water, together with 3 capsules, ideally directly after training or in the morning on rest days.
