As a vegan alternative to our proven Createston Classic product, Createston Vegan offers an optimized combination of plant-based proteins and essential amino acids.
Createston is now available in a vegan version
While all the tried-and-tested ingredients are also included in the vegan version of Createston, the protein matrix has been redesigned. It now comprises a combination of :
- Pea protein hydrolysate EAA
- (MAP formula)
Createston Vegan contains pure hydrolyzed pea protein, which has a high protein content and is known for its clear consistency and neutral taste. In addition, Createston Vegan has been enriched with high-quality essential amino acids to provide an optimal amino acid profile for all enthusiastic athletes, whether they have competitive ambitions or not.
Protein synthesis increases rapidly with intake, promoting muscle mass growth during bulking phases or the preservation of muscle mass during cutting phases.
Createston Vegan also uses Creapure® as a form of creatine. Creapure® is manufactured in Germany in accordance with the production guidelines of the pharmaceutical and food industries, and is therefore subject to the strictest quality controls. The result is a high-quality product with a consistently high degree of purity.
The included carbohydrates, derived from enzymatically hydrolyzed hyperglycemic carbohydrates, promote energetic recovery after strength training and ensure rapid replenishment of your glycogen reserves.
The enzymes papain and lactase help improve nutrient absorption. Components such as cinnamon extract, Garcinia Cambogia, inositol and chromium also help regulate blood sugar levels.
The increased intake of other micronutrients (vitamins and minerals) has also been taken into account.
Createston Vegan specifically meets the needs of the vegan lifestyle by using increased quantities of high-quality iron bisglycinate and adjusted dosages of magnesium, calcium and iodine. In addition, all essential vitamins are included in high dosages, making Createston Vegan a truly complete supplement.
