Createston Zero is a post-workout shake with no added carbohydrates, combining protein, creatine, a broad vitamin and mineral profile, and a complementary matrix of amino acids and ergogenic components.

Creatine (Creapure®)* increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise, in adults performing high-intensity exercise, at an intake of 3 g per day.
Vitamins A, C, D, E, K and the B-group, along with zinc, iron, copper, manganese, selenium, chromium and iodine*, each contribute to one or more normal body functions (immunity, energy metabolism, fatigue reduction, bones).
Whey isolate and hydrolysed collagen, as the main components.

Createston Zero combines a protein base (whey isolate, hydrolysed collagen) with creatine (Creapure®), a full vitamin and mineral profile, and a complementary matrix of amino acids and ergogenic components, in a powder with no added carbohydrates.

Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise*, in adults performing high-intensity exercise, at an intake of 3 g per day. Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system*. Vitamins A, C, D, E, K and the B-group contribute to the reduction of fatigue and to normal energy-yielding metabolism*. Iron, copper, manganese, selenium and chromium contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and to normal macronutrient metabolism*, and iodine contributes to normal thyroid function*.

The formula also includes HMB, L-citrulline, L-carnitine, taurine, glucosamine, N-acetyl-cysteine and phosphatidylserine, treated purely as components, with no health claim attached.

The recommended intake is 52 g of powder dissolved in 400 to 500 ml of water, ideally directly after training or in the morning on rest days.
