Createston Classic+ is a post-workout shake combining protein, creatine, a broad vitamin and mineral profile, and a complementary matrix of plant extracts.
- Creatine (Creapure®)* increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise, in adults performing high-intensity exercise, at an intake of 3 g per day.
- Vitamins A, C, D, E, K and the B-group, along with zinc, iron, copper, manganese, selenium, chromium and iodine*, each contribute to one or more normal body functions (immunity, energy metabolism, fatigue reduction, bones).
- Whey isolate and hydrolysate, hydrolysed collagen, as the main components.
- A complementary matrix (fenugreek, Tribulus terrestris, resveratrol, cinnamon extract, bitter melon, glucosamine), as components, with no health claim attached.

Createston Classic+ combines a protein base (whey isolate and hydrolysate, hydrolysed collagen) with creatine (Creapure®), a full vitamin and mineral profile, and a complementary matrix of plant extracts, in powder and capsule form.
Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise*, in adults performing high-intensity exercise, at an intake of 3 g per day. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood and to the normal function of the immune system*. Vitamins A, C, D, E, K and the B-group contribute to the reduction of fatigue and to normal energy-yielding metabolism*. Iron, copper, manganese, selenium and chromium contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and to normal macronutrient metabolism*, and iodine contributes to normal thyroid function*.
The formula also includes fenugreek, Tribulus terrestris, resveratrol (Polygonum cuspidatum), cinnamon extract, bitter melon and glucosamine, treated purely as components — some traditionally used in herbal medicine — with no health claim attached.
The recommended intake is 100 g of powder dissolved in 400 to 500 ml of water, together with 3 capsules, ideally directly after training or in the morning on rest days.
⚠️ Contains piperine (may affect the absorption of certain medications) and glucosamine derived from crustaceans (allergen). Not suitable for children, teenagers, or pregnant or breastfeeding women; intended for athletes with increased creatine needs. May cause weight gain.
*This effect is obtained as part of a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. See the recommended daily serving on the packaging; do not exceed the stated dose.
Dilute 100 g (5 scoops) in 400 to 500 ml of water and take 3 capsules as a supplement. On training days, take one portion directly after training. On rest days, take one portion directly after getting up.
Capsules are stored in the opening compartment on top of the lid.
