Caffeine contributes to an increase in alertness*, and vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of fatigue and to normal energy-yielding metabolism*. The amino acids and plant extracts are treated as formula components, with no health claim attached.
The recommended intake is 20 g dissolved in 400 to 500 ml of water, 30 to 45 minutes before training.

La on sent l énergie monter en soi progressivement pump et concentration au top
Goût bloody cerise ? mesuré pas trop chimique ni trop sucré un peu acidulé il passe bien !
