Crea Drops deliver creatine as flavoured chewable tablets you can take anywhere — no shaker, no scoop. Each tub combines three flavours: apple, watermelon and orange. The creatine used is monohydrate from the OptiCreatine™ brand.

Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise*. This effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine — exactly the 3-tablet serving. The claim applies to adults performing high-intensity exercise.
