Epic Refuel combines a whey isolate (Clear), L-glutamine and L-leucine with creatine (Creapure®) and an electrolyte matrix (potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium, chromium), in powder form.
Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise*, the positive effect being obtained with a daily intake of 3 g. Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels*. Potassium, magnesium and calcium contribute to the reduction of fatigue and to normal muscle and nervous function*.
The recommended intake is 75 g of powder dissolved in 500 ml of water, ideally directly after training.

Consume one serving daily, mixed from 75 g of powder (approx. 4 scoops) and 500 ml of water.
The post-workout drink should be prepared in a shaker or with a blender.
