Creatin Alkalin combines creatine monohydrate with sodium bicarbonate (a buffering agent) and a B vitamin complex, in capsules.
Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise*, in adults performing high-intensity exercise, at an intake of 3 g per day. Vitamins B3, B6 and B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy-yielding metabolism*.
The recommended intake is 5 capsules with at least 300 ml of liquid, directly after training or in the morning on rest days.
