Beschreibung

Micellar Casein ist ein Milchprotein in Form von Micellar Casein, bekannt für seine langsame Verdauung und die allmähliche Freisetzung von Aminosäuren über mehrere Stunden.

Die Rezeptur liefert bis zu 76% Eiweiß pro 100 g, bei geringem Kohlenhydratgehalt, und enthält Laktase als Bestandteil.

Eine Portion (30 g) wird mit 300 ml Wasser oder fettarmer Milch im Shaker oder Mixer angerührt; praktisch als Snack am Abend oder zwischen den Mahlzeiten.
