Product details

Electrolyte and PH Complex safely provides sufficient quantities of essential minerals (calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium) and supports the maintenance of a healthy acid-base balance. To complete the product, and in particular to support calcium metabolism, we've added vitamin D.

Elektrolyt pH-Complex helps compensate for the loss of trace elements caused by training. Magnesium and zinc act as catalysts for over 300 bodily functions, potassium aids the assimilation of carbohydrates within muscle cells, while other electrolytes support these processes.

Directions for use

Take 3 capsules twice a day, preferably before meals, with plenty of water.
