Product details

The fact that Creatin Alkalyn is buffered, i.e. has a higher pH to reduce acidity, means that it remains stable and does not break down into creatinine as it passes through the stomach or comes into contact with liquid. This avoids the potential undesirable effects of conventional creatine (linked to creatinine), i.e. stomach upset, cramps and/or water retention. Creatin Alkalyn is thus better assimilated (in the form of creatine phosphate) and ready to be converted into ATP for the energy requirements of muscle contractions.

As Creatin Alkalyn is better assimilated than conventional creatine (monohydrate type), it doesn't require such high dosages, and good results can be achieved with just 3g a day, with no "loading" period after 3 or 4 days' use.

Directions for use

Take 5 capsules of Creatin Alkalyn directly at the end of a training session, or in the morning on an empty stomach on rest days.
